WHO WE ARE

We are a Technology Driven Solutions Agency, adequately teamed and tooled to consider and respond to a diversity of interventions. Established as a Strategy & Design Consultancy, deckardtyler marks a natural consolidation of professionals from diverse backgrounds and working experience from both international and indigenous content.

Deriving its strength from a series of established competencies deckardtyler is specifically tailored to deliver services in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) Industry, and cross-sector Public-Private Partnership (P3) Transactions. Through these deckardtyler provides interventions aimed at addressing strategic & development issues, future-proofing, sustainability, and green design.

The critical need for end-to-end thinking resulting in a robust framework – context, environment, investment, financing, risk, resource, social constructs, and climate amongst others, establishes the guiderails for all deckardtyler responses.

Every problem has a solution, every solution provides opportunities to discover new problems, creating an ever-sustained loop of discovery.

SYH (Songo Young-Harry)

DIRECTOR | INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

Development and management of an array of international investment interventions including but not limited to Renewable Energy Technology & Systems, Waste Management Interventions, Housing Systems, and Transportation Systems.
With a background in Architecture and Project Management and a career that has spanned over 30 years across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, he ensures attention on strategic portfolio sectors as an incremental development framework.

OCB (Ololade Babajide-Suleiman)

PROJECT ARCHITECT | PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With over 15 years of professional experience, Ololade is a seasoned Architect renowned for her expertise in Architecture, Design, Construction Project Management, and Contract Administration. Holding a distinguished BSc (Hons) in Architecture and a Masters in Environmental Design from the esteemed University of Lagos, she is deeply committed to excellence in her field.
As a Registered Architect, Ololade is fervently dedicated to advancing social housing and infrastructure initiatives. Her membership in the Nigerian Institute of Architects and chartered status in the Royal Institute of British Architects underscore her commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice.
Throughout her career, Ololade has led impactful projects spanning Housing, Education, Commercial, and Interior Architecture. Driven by the conviction that Architecture should positively impact humanity, Ololade continues to push boundaries and redefine the built environment through innovative design solutions and collaborative endeavours.

SGJ (Senibi Gbenga James)

CONSULTANT | STRATEGY, RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT

Urban and infrastructure designer experienced in master-planning, housing studies and design research with portfolios not limited to transport interchanges, universities, dry ports and oil production facilities. A registered Architect and certified oil & gas Engineer, his data-driven approach to delivery provides intrinsic value for bespoke strategies in our services garnered across his years of work experience.

NNB (Ninah Nimi Briggs)

Director I Strategy, Research, Design, Development Lead

Chartered, registered, and experienced in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria, a consultant with senior strategy planning, design, design management, and design execution experience across different sectors within the building infrastructure industry and the built environment. A career spanning almost thirty years and about three continents with international giants like HOK International and Broadway Malyan.
His specialty areas include Strategic Framework Development, Research & Feasibility Studies, Urban Analysis & Appraisals, Integrated Project Planning, Sustainability and Green Design, Master Planning, Concept and Detail Design Development From needs assessment to scope definition, project inception to stakeholder consultation and management Ninah in his various roles, capacities, and experiences has provided strategy, planning, design, and implementation leadership, with strong focus on sustainability, best practice, and integrated project delivery, coupled with advocacy for the use of technology to drive design processes and delivery, with proven operational/implementation efficiency. As such and in acknowledgment of prevailing developmental concerns, core within his focus is how to ensure dedicated attention to the SDG-17 aspirations, building-for-better, and building-back-better.
In addition to his professional concerns Ninah also served as a member of the National Council of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), and served as the Chapter Chairman of the Federal Capital, Abuja Chapter of the Institute; roles that have enabled him advocate sustainable development interventions in a diversity of regeneration focused areas amongst others.

OBY (Obiageli Zainab Anidi)

CONSULTANT | STRATEGY, DEVELOPMENT

Professional architect with over 15 years working experience in project management and delivery, playing various roles in all stages of building development, including preliminary technical documentation, design, construction and maintenance with the ability to build teams to respond appropriately to project briefs, develop working strategy and manage variables in line with the expected deliverables. She has a passion for sustainable systems and is skilled in organizational management, use of Building Information Modeling tools and collaboration with professionals across various sectors.

PCO (Precious Chinedum Okeakwalam)

Project Architect I Research, Sustainability

Registered architect, researcher with keen interest in sustainably and SDG driven business. Advocate of strategic planning and earned value management. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) with years of experience across a diversity of project types, including residential developments, and renovation projects.

BNO (Bolaji Nathaniel Oluwole)

Associate Architect I Research, Design, Development

Innovative and creative seeker skilled in improving urban problems through design. Detailed design presentation, software application and design articulation are essential parts of my architectural practice stemming from background in Project Management, Graphic and Interior Design. A firm believer “the details are not the details; they make the
design”.

AKB (Arsene Koumnomani Bourmanda)

Trainee Architect I Research I Strategy Development

Curious individual and lifelong learner with the aspiration to use architecture as a vehicle to create value and solve problems for the benefit of society. That is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable built environment. Strong belief in harnessing the power of technology to create and make places and environments that enhance the human experience and better human conditions. Proposing design solutions based on evidence and sound research.

AMJ (Amee Joeseph)

TRAINEE ARCHITECT I RESEARCH I STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

In a world full of challenges, where more people mean more problems, I believe architecture is about more than just design – it’s about caring; for our present and future. As someone who works in architecture, and research, my goal is to solve real-life problems through creative thinking. I see architecture as a vehicle for shaping the type of future that not only meets our needs now but also make sure our kids and grandkids can enjoy the same privileges. I’m on a mission to use my skills to build cities and businesses that make life better for everyone, contributing to goals that aim for a sustainable and brighter future.

JID (Jideofor Uzochukwu Ebeogu)

CONSULTANT | DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT

A registered architect and a project management professional (PMP) with AEC industry background and management level exposure. Actively involved in planning, execution, earned value management, contract administration of different projects.
As a BIM practitioner, he has deployed this system in various schemes that have been efficiently delivered. He has over 16 years of industry experience in various construction projects, including luxury houses, home units, industrial and commercial buildings, and renovation projects.

As a technology-driven solutions agency deckardtyler is focused on sustainable responses to a diversity of interventions and challenges across a growing list of sector types. Our ‘end-to-end’ thinking with future-proofing and transition management retain the user and environment at the heart of strategy.
