Comprehensive mixed-use development including commercial, convention, hospitality, residential, and leisure uses; with support facilities. Construction of circa 27,000sqm retail center concluded on adjacent plot; retail site part of Client’s 31.02Ha overall ownership boundary.

The lead program is the Exhibition, Convention, Conferencing component to enhance the site’s current Trade Fair designation; other uses to serve as support functions, additional economic generators, and investor incentives to facilitate long-term sustainability.
