People’s Automotive Construction & Manufacturing City PACM – Orile-Owu, Osun 2019
Industrial Development Framework & Masterplan is designed as a PPP between the Osun State Government and GIAD; PACM provides the auto and auto services industries the opportunity to establish a knowledge and value-based ecosystem that embraces infrastructure, R&D, ICT, technology, embedded manufacturing capacity and production lines to achieve a robust response to current and future human development trends and needs.
An initiative driven by the Global Initiative Against Disaster (GIAD) this Smart City is to be spread across over 1,300Ha of land built up through short, medium, and long-term sustainable planning as it affects people, planet, and profit in the ‘manufacture-live-work-play’ value-chain.
